Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt Conveyor Belting for Cement
Construction:
Belt reinforcement consists of galvanized steel cord and core rubber which possesses superior adhensive property. Belt body comprises the reinforcement covered with top and bottom rubber layers. Steel cord is composed of left and right twisting wire and arranged evenly and longitudinally in the belt.
Cover Grade:
•General Light Duty Service
Common References: DIN-Z is very economical for moderately abrasive to conveyor small size materials.
•Medium Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-Y, DIN-N, RMA 2, AS-N are for moderate abrasion resistance applications, mostly
above ground. Regularly used for transportation of Coal, crushed ores, limestone, sand, cements etc.
•High Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-X, DIN-M, RMA1, AS-M are excellent abrasion resistance against cutting, impact,
heavy rocks, sharp stones.
•Super Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-W is used in extremely abrasive applications such as Copper & ore, sinter, coke. It
provides high resistance without increasing cover thickness and weight of the belt.

Zinc galvanized open type steel cord, each strand fully bonded into the core rubber that strengthens the bonding between rubber and steel cord and ensures longer service life.
- With transverse reinforcement type
Transverse reinforced construction on the top of one or two sides of the longitudinal steel cord that ensures great performance of impact resistance and excellent tear resistance.
